Nice product. But no directions, some things are hard to find. Been nic to have directions explaining things.

So Easy

This is my second Roku 4. Not to mention all the three's, one stick, and one SE models that I have. I have also purchased Roku products for family members. One of the most important features I enjoy about getting a new box is, how easy they are to set up. Once you register your first box and load up your channels, the rest are easy. After you install a new box, you get on your PC/laptop, register it, and Roku will load up all of your channels to the new box. What can be easier than that? Piece of cake.

Quick abd easy to setup

I have tried several other devices to help cut the commercials that the cable companies show every 6 minutes and I finally found ROKU which gives me outstanding selections and ease of operation

After buying roku I found no manual to tell me how to work it and it says it has over 2500 chanels. It would be nice if I could find out how to get to all these chanels. I am seriously considering returning the unit and watching regular tv.

I bought this Roku for my husband who is not tech savvy at all!! He cannot use smart phones or anything similar, but this Roku 4 is so easy to use! He loves it! I would recommend this to anyone!
