Too too too complicated if you never used it before
Need better instructions and better way to understand the channels you want to choose, spent 5 hours just to install and know what channels to order but still not sure how it works, I added channels on line but they were not on my TV screen so I had to add them again

Not so great product

I bought this a week ago and it is the second one I returned the first one because it would contuaslly shut down and the second one shut down and had to unplug it to get it to come back on
I would recommend this to a friend!

Roku is a great replacement for Dish, Direct, Cable, or U-Verse. The only thing that would make it better is if Roku made a DVR like the Channel Master DVR+ with Roku features.

I bought Roku 4 last week. Streaming videos look better when I use directly from my TV without Roku. The quality is poor when I use Roku 4. I have a 4K TV.

Really disappointed with performance. Updated to fastest internet but still having buffering problems very annoying.
