i have just bought a 4k Sony and this was my first experience with 4k. The picture is mind blowing and it is very easy to use. i could not be happier.

No 5.1 sound coming out from optical no matter what the setup is.

I've only had the Roku-4 a few days, but, I already see a sharper picture and smoother motion scenes, when compared to the Roku-3 it replaced.

COULD NOT PARE THE REMOTE WITH MACHINE IN THE BEGINNING; LIVE CHAT TAKES AT LEAST AND HOUR (MOSTLY MORE) TO TRY AND RESOLVE PROBLEMS; GOT RESOLUTION FOR A COUPLE OF DAYS BUT THEN THE SAME PROBLEMS; HAD TO UNPLUG AND PLUG IN ROKU TO GET IT TO WORK; THIS WENT ON FOR WEEKS; FINALLY FOUND TIME TO WAIT WITH LIVE CHAT AND NOW IT HAS BEEN WORKING FOR ABOUT 4 DAYS; HAVE HAD ROKU ONLY 2 MONTHS

Works great when the remote decides to work.

This is my second Roku for my house and when the remote is paired it works flawlessly. The problem is the remote won't stay paired and then won't reconnect so I have to constantly power cycle my Roku and re-pair my remote once the Roku has rebooted.
I would recommend this to a friend!
