Audio sync issues. Outdated remote.

I bought this as an upgrade from a Roku 2 hoping for exactly one thing, namely that it wouldn't have the audio sync issues of the old model. Alas, if anything the problem seems worse.
Also, the remote has a button dedicated to "Rdio," a service that doesn't even exist anymore.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

much improvement over my older Roku 2's

I retired my two Roku 2's and replaced them with Roku 4's as I just purchased two new Samsung 4K TV's.
Pro's: The menu quality has greatly improved and the response time is much faster.
Cons: The Roku 4 seems to shut down after some period while I am watching TV. Then to get it back on you have to pull the power plug. Seems this is happening with other users and the solution is to go into settings and set the Roku 4 to automatically power of after 30 minutes of not being used. Comments suggest this is due to overheating.
I would recommend this to a friend!
