The BEST!!!

This is my 4th ROKU (Roku 2, Roku 3 and 2 ROKU 4) all TV's are covered! Only minor issue is that micro SD card...stuck in ROKU 3, works in ROKU 4 and afraid to try it in the other ROKU 4. Since I do not play games...it is really not needed...Very happy with performance and selection of channels...etc!!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Huge upgrade!

The wife and I were using an older model of the Roku, which was a gift, until it started acting up. Almost every time we used it, it froze or had to be unplugged/restarted. Super annoying.
Since it was so close to the holidays I decided to buy us a new one. Even though majority of the features are shared between the 3 and 4, I decided to go big.
Soooooo worth it. The app software is so much cleaner and we can finally pick the Netflix profile we use. The picture screensavers are cool. The remote on the phone (bc the wife always loses it) is super handy.
And being able to search for a specific movie/show/actor across all apps with the sound of my voice?? Amazing.
Only downside is the Enter/Ok button being outside of the D pad.

Beats paying DTV!

Bought it this week. Very pleased. Looks as good as Sat and better than cable. Great choice of content. Good sound. So much to see takes a while to decide what to see!.Bought the Roku 4 so I don't have to upgrade later. Only $30 more than the 3. I know this will grow so yes very happy.

We just cut-the-cable and this month evaluated Apple TVs 3 & 4, Xbox One, Roku Stick, Roku 3 and now currently own 2 Roku 4's. The Roku 4 is fast and reliable even over WiFi (802.11ac). The apps we primarily require are 1) Tablo-OTA DVR, 2) Sling, 3) Netflix and 4) Amazon Video (in that order). Beyond just performance, Roku is currently the only platform that has both Tablo and Sling that we know of. I like the fact that the remote works quite well and has buttons for 3 of the top Apps we use. If I were to ask for an improvement, it would be to be able to re-program the 'RDIO' button to access a different app, like Tablo and Gigabit Ethernet support.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great layout, fast processor, top customer service

I bought the Roku 4 on release day and liked it immediately. With its fast processor, navigating thru menus was super fast and easy. The remote has a great feature: a headphone jack so I can watch a show after others go to bed. There was one issue: the remote would drop its pairing from the box several times a day. I had tried a factory reset and changing the Wi-Fi settings on my router. All of that didn't work, so I contacted Roku customer service. They overnighted a new Roku that works 100% perfect. A little extra hassle, but this product is worth it.
