Not sure what's wrong

Purchased a 4k UHD TV and wanted the best viewing available. It seems slower and some channels will not load to view at all. I have good wireless speed and the Roku 2 it replaced was flawless. Jury still out here.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I get all my favorite shows and loads of free movies and when I do pay nothing so far is over 4 or 5 dollars, we love it, we have saved over 200.00 a month using our roku.

I waited to purchase a Roku. When I purchased the 4K Roku, I had great expectations. Unfortunately, my search must continue.

i got this strictly for the 4k and it looks great on a 4k tv. i have bad eye sight and its way better than 1080. i hear no fan noise as i read about earlier and it shuts itself off when not in use, saving power.
