Does almost everything I need it to do.

Everything works great except the headphones.... one earplug side is much louder than the other.
The other problem is lack of support for HDR on Amazon and Netflix and Vudu.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Roku 4... works well, but runs very hot. Wish there were a way to turn it of besides unplugging.

roku 4 on time warner cable

bought Roku 4 to replace a time warner cable box, it has a sharper image, no times of where the picture or sound would disappear. fairly easy set up if you have all your net work information and a roku already set up,My only complaint is The remote could be better designed. like having numbers that work with the time warner apps such as pressing a set of numbers to go to the channel wanted.

Easy setup

I've had earlier models, but setting the R4 up was a piece of cake easy. It would be nice if entering user names/passwords was less tedious. A simple manual would be nice, too.

Fast and consistent downloads

Went from a slower roku 2. Seems processor in the 2 would always need reset. The quad processor is fast and no more waitong for down loads and freeze ups

I've had the roku 4 for almost a year, and I love it. The only reason it gets 4/5 is that if you let it go into eco mode, let it time out, it is difficult to get it out with the remote. I had to download the app on my phone and manually power it on and off, and haven't had a problem since.

This Roku has been the heart of my media room! I has everything I need in one place. From streaming movies to having music/movies on a jump drive. This thing does it all!
