I already purchase a Roku 1 and I love it. I purchase this one Roku 4 and I am in love with it! Awesome device and the features are great, find the remote and voice command it a great add to this device. Also the head phone with the remote make listening to music, game playing and my shows a little easier when I want to be discreet. Also I get more choices in the app and the 4K.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Web control is funky, plus: where's the POWER key?

I just purchased a projector and I wanted the streaming features I'm used to from my smart TVs, so the Roku was the only choice! So far, so good, my only intermittent problems have been controlling it via my Harmony Elite-- which should be easy. I assume it controls over IP-- well, that's not as seamless of a process as it should be. Secondly, love the streamlined design, but... where the heck is the power button? While I'm monkeying with the semi-functional remote, a front panel power button just so I could quickly reset the thing would be really appreciated. The Roku is streamlined to the point of being less-functional, and I'm not a fan of that.

Although I don't know exactly what I have in the ROKU. I know I can watch netflix through it and there are other channels I have downloaded. I think it is a good choice instead of paying the high price of cable.

I highly recommend buying a roku for any family recreational living spaces. It's easy to use, offers not only educational and millions of movies fit for the whole family. There are also fun Screensaver and shows for my 2 little dogs. Best money spent instead of paying for endress hours of commercial veiwing.

No impressed with this device, quite often failed to response to the remote control command. Also tend to disconnect from the internet and I have to reset it over and over again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
