I love Roku4 but there are issues

#1, I have had to do a factory reset twice. Purple screen and no other way to fix it. Gray screen as well.
#2, Sling TV. Love it/hate it. Constantly freezes. Need to be able to watch on more than one tv

Remote turn-on bug

Had to return it. There is a bug that, when the device get in stand-by mode the control can't turn it on. You need to manually reboot. Very annoying if your ROKU is not close to TV. Went back to my Roku 3

Roku 4 - Best Yet!

Roku 4 is an excellent "Streaming Device." The quality of the Video is phenomenal. The addition of an "Optic Out," creates numerous opportunities. I enjoy having the Roku 4 connected directly to the TV by HDMI and then the option of the Audio by Optic Cable to my Theater Surround System. I could not possibly endorse the Roku 4 more highly. I would not trust any negative reviews at all!
I would have keep the OK button between the "Arrow Keys." That would be my only recommendation.

The highest technology available.

We have tried the Apple player and the Amazon player but have been disappointed. The Roku 4 is the highest level of technology and performance we have experienced to date. We have a new tv with all the latest features but found we were not taking advantage of those features until we saw the difference using our Roku 4. It is easy to setup...in fact the easiest we have ever experienced and the picture is amazing. Our wifi streaming is smooth and flawless....something that frustrated us on the other devices we used. Kudos for the Roku 4 development team

Everything about this is great and I would have given it a 5 star rating but the headphones stopped working after 2 days. I tried another pair that didn't do it it's in the remote.
