The programs are easy to navigate through but the remote would be better if it contained a backlight so you could see the buttons when the light is dim in the room.

I already have the first Roku, and Roku 3. I like them and use them often. But as I think of dropping cable and doing more streaming, I needed the faster Roku 4. I recommend the Roku 4 because of the great technology behind this product, and the speed of downloading .

No more having to over pay for big cable company programming you never watch! Easy to maneuver through the roku system. Enjoy what you want to watch at a fraction of the cost.

Great except 7.1 DTS support

The Roku fails to handle DTS with more than 6 channels. DTS 7.1 plays no audio or outputs as stereo. Otherwise, it's a solid product with a great UI.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Easy operating extremely human-friendly

I bought it 3 weeks ago and it is truly the most amazing device I have ever bought. The roku 4 it's the most amazing piece of equipment I've ever owned easy to operate in more movies than I'll ever be able to see in my lifetime they have a section that is just for free TV and it's all broke down in categories it's very easy to operate everyone should own one

This is my third ROKU. That should tell you everything about my feelings towards the device. Unfortunately, there are occasions when the device freezes, but very often will restore the programming after a brief moment.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought the Roku 4 because I have an 4k TV. It is so fast and flawless in every way. They always have the latest updates and new stuff coming to the platform.
