Very satisfied!! The purchase of ROKU has significantly reduced my monthly cable-vision charges. Plus, it has allowed me to watch exactly what I want to watch, and when I want to watch it. It is loaded with a variety of viewing choices, many of which are free. The easily viewed account feature tells you precisely what you owe at any given moment. Picture quality, selection, simplicity, and cost are main reason for my satisfaction. I highly recommend ROKU.

I purchased the roku 4 this month and have enjoyed using it. It's so easy to push the search button and say what you want to watch. I was really surprised with this unit with how easy it was to set up and start using. Thank you roku for making a great product.

Since the initial set up the Netflix has had readability issues and is cleared up when system is unplugged and rebooted

Disappointing Optical Audio

I specifically bought my Roku 4 for its ability to do optical audio out. Turns out unlike the fire tv which will down convert dolby digital plus to dolby digital 5.1 the Roku 4 does not do this. Basically it doesn't work with any sound bar I own.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
