Netflix issues

Roku keeps losing 4k programming on Netflix, no titles available. Doesn't happen on any other streaming 4k content from YouTube etc

Love the voice search feature

Searches are very easy with the new voice search feature. Always hated the laborious task of typing in a title or name. Now you simply say it once and Roku does that work for you.

Powerful and Sleek

We had the very first Roku device for around 4 years. Once we decided to upgrade it was obvious how much better the 4 was. Sound quality on the earphones for remote is amazing. We always thought our home internet was slow, turns out it was the old device. We no longer have buffering issues. We don't have cable and use Sling. It streams flawlessly. Great device, probably the best of all other Roku options. It is worth the little extra cash.

I purchased the Roku 4 so we could move our Roku 3 to another room. In general I like the device just fine, but would like to see more refined features for the voice search (i.e. being able to search Netflix Vs only being able to do global searches).
I would recommend this to a friend!

Once I plugged it in to the correct hdmi port it's working perfectly. Really enhances the picture on my Samsung Smart 4k TV. I haven't experienced any of the problems noted by some reviewers on the Amazon site,

Problem with Audio Output

I bought this unit primarily to stream movies and operas from the Met Opera. When used with audio from the samsung TV the sound syncs up with the images. Unfortunately when using the optical output to send audio to my stereo system the images and sound are not close to matching making the resulting media almost unwatchable. To get somewhat better sound I ended up using the TV's bluetooth capability to send sound to my stereo system.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
