Love except for when muted.

Excellent product. I love the roku brand. My only issue which is minor is that when I mute the tv, the roku causes a piping sound that does not go away until you turn mute off. Minor, because I love the service.

I purchased this last month and was sold on the 4k and the ability to put all of my services on one unit. Super small, remote finder function and relatively easy to start, the usual re log in to all of the services stuff. The picture quality was brilliant on my 4k tv and I was in love. so I decided to first search for Mad Max through the voice service.. It worked well but didnt actually pull up the copy I owned on VUDU or show that Hulu had the first few for free to view. I then searched for others and realized that it didnt sync with VUDU or Hulu at all. yes it gave me the option to purchase the movies from VUDU but it didnt see my library which contained said movies. Then I put Tron on to test the quality and there was judder and lag... I thought it was a glich so I played it on my TV directly and no judder or lag or hiccup, then from my smart blu ray player and again nothing but through the Roku 4 there was a definite judder and pause in my screen. No way was I going to deal with that coupled with the lack of search functionality with my other services. I returned it the next day after work.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Best Roku Ever!

Like the processing speed of the Roku 4. I used to have problems with my Roku 2 "freezing up", but no problems with Roku 4. I love the Voice Search feature and the ability to use headphones with the remote. Very happy with this version, love it!

I have used the other streaming players out there and found that ROKU had the best interface and was very user friendly. I enjoyed my ROKU 3 so much that I got the ROKU 4 for another TV in my home. I also bought one for my son so he could enjoy ROKU in his home :)

The Best Streaming Player

I purchase this player a month ago and it is by far the best one on the market. I have not had any issues with the player, it is living up to everything I wanted. I can hardly wait until I get a 4k TV to get all of its features. Roku you have hit the mark of what people like my self is looking for when we cut the cord...

Muscle to spare, no issues

I have had this for a little over a month. I primarily use it to stream from my Pled server which has over 1K of HD movies. The 3 used to big down at the volume. No problems on the 4.

I bought this to replace cable and was not disappointed - it is feature packed and easy to use. It is a lot cheaper than cable - I watch the channels I want not 100s of channels I never look at. I would recommend this to anyone.
