Do not like that we cannot search all channels with the voice feature. it has not impressed us yet, but we are a little electronically challenged!

Beautiful Display

I bought the ROKU 4 about a month ago and it displays the content beautifully on my TV and I really like how it works so well with steaming channels such as Hulu and Netflix. My only complaint which I am sure the next software release will address is the fact that when I don't use the device and then come back later to use the ROKU 4 I have to reboot it because the device hangs.

Got our Roku a couple months ago, I love the access to channels I could not get even on my computer. The "Youtube videos" are so clear and just play on and on. I love the country music videos.

Great way to wean myself from cable

This model gave me more features that the previous model. I love having them both because I can afford them now that I'm not having to pay for cable.

I bought this a few weeks ago to cut the 'cable cord'. I'm really glad I did. I can watch the same shows as before and hundreds more-if I had the time that is.

When I bought my original Roku 4 it wasn't working right. I spent a couple months trying to get it corrected. When nothing was working, and I though all hope was lost, the company unexpectedly offered a replacement. Their customer service was a little rough in the beginning but came through big time The new one works really well. The interface of the channels, especially Netflix, is better than versions I've used on other devices. It is very easy to navigate and do what you need to do. It has some useful features to integrate with the tv it's hooked up to. This device was well worth the money, although I haven't used it on a 4K tv to get the full effect.
