I really enjoy the Roku platform and the 4K streaming via the Roku4 is exceptional. I did not give it 5 stars because it will not connect to the 5.0ghz band on AC dual band router. Will only connect to 2.4ghz...

Was disappointed with the Roku 4. Thought the tech would be much better, but real-world experience showed me it was sub-par.

Just happened to see this when shopping and picked it up. Had wanted to stream for a long time: so easy and fun. Wish I had seen this long time ago.

The Roku works great, but we have only had it a few days. We wanted to watch acorn.tv on our new television. It was fairly easy to set up but we haven't quite got all features figured out yet.

Works as per design

I got this as a gift a month ago and am very happy with it. It's easy to set-up, has a nice interface, and I love the option of being able to plug a headset in to the remote to watch telly.
My only reason for not marking this product as excellent is the fact that the headset head phone jack is limited to a Roku ear piece, and that it does not allow me to plug in any headset of my choice.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Pros- nice picture quality, like the headset feature.
Cons-
outlet plug is bulky, poorly designed. It seems like it was designed for surge protector use, but my surge protector is on the outlet. So now the outlet plug is sticky out around 6 inches from the wall. Had to move furniture to accomdate outlet. Could use a different surge protector, but it makes the tv cord hang because it is mounted on the wall.

Con- roku box is bigger.
Con- new remote doesnt have a strap.
Con- dont like the continous play. Should have a setting for that to accomodate everyones preference.
