I have used the 2, 3, and have the SE. They are all great and still work. I have to say the Roku 4 is the best one yet. I can't complain. There is rarely any wait time to start your movie but I think that when you do it has to do with your cable provider. Any of the Roku's are good so whichever is in your budget you can't go wrong.

This was a Christmas present from my wife. Fairly easy installation but problems when I installed HBO NOW. I would appreciate any help that would allow me to set up a new password so I could re-install HBO NOW and enjoy it's programming.

I had the Roku stick and hated it. After reading many comparisons and reviews, I decided to take a chance on the Roku 4. I'm very pleased with it. It's fast, the picture quality is awesome and it delivers on its promises. The only thing I would like to see is content related. I would like the option of buying the ability to watch a live channel like Fox news. That way I could watch certain things without cable or satellite TV.

Just got this and am very happy with the channel choices, particularly the Roku Media Player which plays all the content on a 3Tb external drive. The 4K output for UHD televisions is yet another great bonus for this unit.

Works good. But has to load often using sling tv. Which the roku 3 works much better with sling tv.

As a very technology challenged older person, I've found this is a great friendly device. I have figured out direct TV is getting a cancelation from me because this allows me so much more variety and on demand viewing at a much more respectable price.
