I bought this to replace an older model aND I love it. My picture quality as well as sound is outstandingly much better, crisp, colorful, and clear.

Does what is supposed to do.
Took 1 star off because does not have a user's manual, couldn't get an extra power supply adapter (to move from one room to another without going behind cabinets to plug and unplug) and can't copy to an universal remote control (since doesn't use the infrared system) and still don't know the functions of the A and B buttons.

I purchased the Roku 3 as a gift and really liked the way it worked. When my Roku TV broke, I bought a "Smart TV" thinking the Roku was in there....NOT....so I ran back to the store to pick up the Roku 4 and just love it. Even if I pay for a channel via Roku....It is still 95% less than what I would be paying a cable or satellite company.
I would recommend this to a friend!
