Would be good if 4K didn't need HDCP 2.2

Although I have the latest 4K TV and my AV receiver is a 4K, I can not stream in 4K because the Roku 4 requires an HDMI HDCP 2.2 connection. Partly my fault as I didn't read the box carefully, but then again none my other equipment that is 4K compatible doesn't require HDCP 2.2 to work.
Also had some audio sync issues when watching movies form USB.

NOT AS GOOD AS ADVERTISED, A WASTE OF MONEY

I bought a Roku-4 because my Roku-3 kept over heating which made the picture quality blurry, and, after 20 minutes of playing, would stop working. I waited for a couple of hours and the Roku-3 seemed to work properly, however, about 20 minutes later, the picture quality degenerated again and, again, stopped working. I put up with this defective device for a couple months, then, I bought a Roku-4 hoping that this device would work like the advertisements said it would....
The Roku-4 is doing the same thing and stops working after a half hour of play.
What did I pay retail price for, 10 more minutes of play time....!!!!????
WASTE OF MONEY....!!!!
RIDICULOUS....!!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great for 4k

got this unit a month ago set up is super easy and the talk to search feature is very nice and the 4k spotlight helps find programs in 4k very easy

I bought this Roku thing it would be faster than my Roku 3. I don't feel the difference. It's expensive and one of the older rokus that I have would do the same job.. The jury is out on this product.

The player is outstanding it is easy to navigate adding channels is a breeze. Hate the remote control they do not have a replay button. The "ok" button is not in the center of the arrow buttons but separate. The design is inconvenient making it awkward to do searches and passwords.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I replaced an Apple TV with this unit. We had dropped or internet download speed to 10MB/Sec and the older Apple was pausing during playback. This unit is smooth as silk! Love it! I have had a few anomalies with the remote but given a few minutes to settle the link things seem to always work as expected.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I've had the Roku 4 for a while now and it is great!. I purchased this Roku for use with my new 4k TV and am looking forward to more 4k content as it becomes available. I like the headphone jack and volume control on the remote, but would also like to see an option to hookup wireless headphones. The batteries in the remote seem to discharge fairly fast. Overall a great product and nice addition to my 4k TV.
