Second Roku 4 with the same audio issue.

I bought the first Roku 4 when it first came out and the remote would not work after initial setup, then after a few days the audio would not sync properly. I returned that one. A couple of months ago I got the second Roku 4 to go with my 4K TV. Now the audio loses sync if I pause the show I'm watching (CBS All Access, Netflix, and Hulu). I can accept one not working properly as an occasional bad component, but not two months apart. Good thing I kept my Roku 3, have been using it instead with zero problems.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Idea, Bad product

The 4 keeps losing the remote pairing, have done the resets to re-pair the remote, it lasts about a day, new batteries etc. next day need to pair again. Because of this I don't know much about the content available, I went back to my 3.

I bought it over black friday along with a new 4k TV but unfortunately the Roku 4 isn't quite ready for primetime, I ignored the reviews on amazon and went ahead with buying it and unfortunately it has connectivity issues when running connected to 4k; dropping out intermittently to the TV.. I'll try it next year sometime when they've maybe gotten the issues sorted out.

I BOUGHT IT THREE WEEKS AGO AND I AM NOT HAPPY WITH IT! I can do better on my smart TV or computer. Always will not change channels after 10 minutes.
