The scan left or right gets stuck and no buttons work when this happens. Have to unplug power source to stop it

I just upgraded from the Roku 3 and I am none to impressed. I haven't been able to watch anything without loading issues, no matter what my resolution is set at. Also, why can't I use Bluetooth with this thing yet? The usb port would've been a good addition 10 years ago. Luckily I have not given away my 3 yet, cause it's going back in to service. Hopefully I get my money back cause I lost my receipt.

My New Roku 4 has problems

I purchased a New Roku 4 to replace a Roku 3 because I just bought a New 4K TV. I Use Plex Media Server and all of my streaming movies are audio encoded with AAC 5.1 and the Roku 4 transcodes the audio to PCM 2.0 (Stereo). Obviously listening to Stereo instead of 5.1 Surround sound is a huge disappointment.

Blue Screen on Roku 4

I have constantly had problems with it. Many times when I select the input for the Roku player it shows nothing but a blue screen. I have to unplug the power for several minutes for it to reboot and perform properly. Occasionally a simple unplug will not work and I have to leave it unplugged overnight before it will work again. I have noticed that when this happens the unit is hot to the touch. I'm not sure what the problem is with this thing but I am not happy with it. I own two older Roku players and do not have this problem with them.

I bought it to replace my Roky3 cause of its x265 encoding, and it's supposed to be faster too, but sorely disappointed. It has been noticeably slower than the Roku3, a Synology App I have to watch home videos off my NAS which works smoothly off the Roku3 lags on the Roku4, freezes often and buffers again and again. Tried troubleshooting with Roku support and they even replaced the set. Same issue. It was not an isolated bad set apparently.

I bought the Roku 4 about 2 months ago. We have since gotten rid of cable. There are so many great features, especially voice command!

The only channel that works on this thing is Netflix, every other channel is absolutely ridiculously slow and freezes every 30 seconds to load. I'm going to see if I can get my money back. And NO is not my Wi-Fi or Internet... I Have two teenagers and a wife in this house who are constantly streaming video and doing other things on their wireless devices, and the Roku is the only device out of 9 here that has problems. I am also an IT specialist (yes, my full time job) so please do not try to insult me with "technical speak"
