I bought roku so I can watch watch, bu ti realized that i had to Pay extra in order to watch the sport . In the end my roku box is useless to me and I'm in the process of returning it.

Waste of money

First off, when looking for 4k movies and TV shows almost all of them cost money to view. I bought the ROKU 4 to deminish costs of viewing tv and movies. Secondly, my Hulu plus account has more tv shows and movies to view than the ROKU 4 and costs less per month than what the ROKU 4 could possibly save me in over a year. Lastly, the navigation of the ROKU 4 menu options and remote are not user friendly and redundant at best.

Poor Headphone Jack

I must like most features of the Roku, because I believe we just bought our 4th one. We have had the Roku 3s before and now have a Roku 4. However, I will probably not buy any more due to the extremely poor headphone jack.
My wife and I both have minor to moderate hearing losses and the Roku's headphone jack looked like a great way to increase our listening enjoyment, The problem is that every Roku we have rec'd has had a very poor headphone jack (even the Roku 4 we returned). We have used about 6 different headphones, but the jack on the remote is of such poor quality that we have to keep moving the cords around to try to get a decent sound.

Nothing is free, they want you to sign up for everything and pay to watch anything decent.
