Not working properly

My dishwasher was installed 4 days ago. The heated dry feature isn't working. Everything is soaking wet after a cycle. The inside is tiny ajs won't hold nearly as much as my old dishwasher. Kind of wishing I had kept it now.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Door issues from day one

Dishwasher constantly fails to register the door is closed. When it doesn't latch correctly it makes a beeping sound.

Two days hours 6 minutes # thisisjunk

- after heavy, normal, light cycle completed / water drains... somehow the bottom part/ tub gets filled with hot water again ??? which causes the dishes to remain wet and never gets dry.
- do they even test this ? this is not exactly cheap.
- did i mention it's only been 2 days old... used 3 times ?

There is a possibility of there being an installation issue. The unit could be plumbed incorrectly. If you would, please forward this email along with the information below to eResponse@ge.com:
~Does the drain not exceed 12'
~Maximum drain height is 72"
~Does your local codes or ordinances require an air gap?
~Is the waste tee less than 18' above the floor?
If you didn't install the dishwasher, these may be questions for the installer. You may also want to check the installation instructions.
