I bought this because it was the best bargain for the price. It uses space very efficiently, much larger than my last dishwasher (which was a GE also). Only two minor issues: 1. It had a large, deep scratch in the plastic liner inside the dishwasher. I don't know how noticeable it would have been to someone who has not worked in the appliance industry. It does not effect form or function and is not noticeable now that it is installed. 2. I really like the plastic pieces in the upper rack for stem wear and holding tall items, but I wish they would latch in the up position when I don't want to use them.
My comments are being picky, but I would purchase this item again.

I wanted several months of use to accurately determine whether I liked the features and cleaning ability of this dishwasher. I was not disappointed. Easy to view and operate display panel with lots of nice features such as steam clean, sanitize and wash zones.
Extremely quiet. Sparkling clean glasses and dishes.

I believe I made the best choice in dishwashers. It was an easy installation, and the directions are clear and it is an easy to use machine.
