Poor performance and multiple service issues.

Average cleaning for the price. Very soon after purchase the dishwasher began randomly beeping as if someone was opening the door. Soon after, the dishwasher would completely lose power requiring a complete reset once a week. Then it died. Total life of a year or two
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Junk. Not even 3 years old. 2 people, run maybe 2x per week. I have had to fix 2x.

We've only owned our dishwasher 3 years and we've had to have it serviced 3 times! Twice because it wasn't draining and a third time the control panel went out. We were told it was possible that water got into the control panel. Seems like it could be build better...afterall water is a MAIN part of dishwashing...

Terrible reliability

The product cleaned well and was relatively quiet, but did not last long at all. After two years, we had to change the gasket and have some motor work done. Now, after three years, the unit stopped working altogether. Nothing lights up on the panel. Very disappointed that this would only last this long. I'm not bothering to try to get this device fixed, but will buy a new, highly Consumer Reports rated unit.

Would not recommend!

I bought a new home 4 years ago which came with all GE appliances. This dishwasher only lasted 4 years, with minimal use and now it does not work. GE appliances are of poor quality and not meant to last. The control board has gone bad on the unit. There are many reviews where people have had to replace this control board multiple times the first few years, then they just give up. I have had to replace the GE microwave as well.

Has had multiple issues

This dishwasher has failed on us numerous times, with the motherboard failing within the first 2 years, and the replacement board failing within another year. Just recently the user interface board failed, and the plastic pieces holding the shelves on are falling off. The most recent repairman told me this is, in his opinion, one of the worst dishwashers, and has lots of issues. However, when it's working, it's been fine.
