Poor Performance

Have been in new house 3 weeks and have tried using my GE dishwasher without success. Items on top rack do not come clean as well as half of the bottom rack. Tried using Finish packet that came with dishwasher and packet did not come out of door. Tried Cascade packets-did not completely dissolve, liquid is accumulating on top of silverware basket. Needless to say that after reading 'Troubleshooting" and increasing the water temperature and checking filters the appliance still does not perform. I am not happy with my GE appliance.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this dishwasher for my mom she is 72 years old a month later it was leaking they replaced part now 5 months later it’s broken again it’s leaking again
I bought a GE Product thinking I wouldn’t have any issues . The 1st time I thought ok no problem it’s fixed . But now I’m very disappointed 2 times in 6 months of buying a brand new dishwasher . Even though it’s under factory warranty and I bought extended warranty . I didn’t think I would have multiple problems . I feel we should get a brand new piece .
