This appliance came with the purchase of a new house. Is quiet. My only complaint is the silverware rack hangs on the front and when grabbing the bottom rack to pull it out the silverware holder comes off.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Dishes do not dry

New home , all new appliances. Doshwasher is very quiet and , cleans dishes well., but dishes are not even close to being dry. would not recommend.

Pretty Disappointed

I purchased this because I was looking for an Energy Star label and a great cleaning experience. Admittedly, I have only used it a few times. It is very quiet.However, it takes forever to run and I have yet to get a really clean set of dishes. I have had Kitchenaid and Whirlpool and both provided a better cleaning solution for the dishes.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

poor quality control

I self installed this product. I found the clamp (item 332) that connects the
drain pump (item 325) to the sump manifold (item 505) very loose and came disconnected due to the drain pump just hanging down with no support. Since this clamp is a "pinch clamp" rather than a screw tight clamp, I could not secure it to the sump manifold pipe. I had to use an additional screw tight clamp there and then secure the drain pump with a wire tie. Fortunately I did all this BEFORE connecting and turning on the water. VERY POOR DESIGN AND QUALITY CONTROL.

I had a GE dishwasher and wanted to replace it with a new model, I just love how quite this is and so far it is just what I wanted, only used it once so far.
