Dishwasher Stopped Working

We bought this in 2017 and now it stopped working. The lights come on but the water does not flow in and the unit does not start working.

Stopped Working

We typically buy GE and have had dishwashers that have lasted years. This one stopped working. We had a new motherboard installed and it worked for 2 weeks and stopped again. Now we have to buy a new dishwasher as there is no other possible repair.

This dishwasher has a number of issues

While this dishwasher is quiet and does do a great job washing dishes, we've run into a number of issues. Many of which unfortunately seem to be common failure points. This thing was was installed in 2017 and started giving us trouble around 2021. Now in 2022, we give up with it.
- Drain pump started leaking in the rubber hose between the pump and the bottom of the tub. Replaced with a newer version, and haven't really had issues with it.
- Screw holding the upper rack on the left side of the tub is lose and cannot be tightened. Seems like the threads were stripped out a bit from normal use (or the install technician over-tightened)
- Door does not register as closed. It's not the latch, it's likely an issue with the mainboard. I took the latch sensor apart and verified it's working correctly with my multimeter. I also shorted out the cable pins (as the sensor does) and the board does not detect the door being closed.
Based on other feedback, I'm not going to replace the mainboard as the replacements seem to fail fairly quickly. This whole dishwasher has been quite a hassle, so we're going to just replace it.

Broke after 3 years

We had 3 visits from technicians who all concluded that it couldn’t be repaired. Something about the circuit board being fried and when they tried to replace it the new one got fried as well. The poor internal wiring was shorting out.
