LOVE - with a few things to get used to

I love how quiet this unit is! If I had to choose something I dislike about this device, it would be the placement and type of racks used inside for dish storage. The bottom rack is constantly coming off the tracks. I don't care for the type of silverware storage they've included. Maybe it is just what I was used to with my old unit, but I've been using this for 5 months now so you think I should be used to it, but I'm not getting there yet. One other area of discontent is the "smell" of the unit when opening the door. I have had to run a separate cycle with cleaning agent almost every time I empty it. I've been told that it is because the inside is made of "plastic" and it takes a while to wear off. Again - 5 months and I still have that smell if it is closed up too many hours in a row?? And one more thing and I will be done - I don't like the way it "dries" even when you use the "dry" option. There is no difference in how much the dishes are dry if you use it or not. Therefore, I never use the dry function - why pay for the extra minutes and heat it takes. I just leave the door open for a few hours or overnight before I put the dishes away

This dishwasher is good for the price. It's on the lower end of pricing and has good features. I've had no problems with it and would recommend it if you're looking for a bargain.

Nothing is more important to me than keeping my young boys happy and healthy- and our dishwasher contributes! With the bottle jets option, the sanitation option and the food catcher, I know all of the various items we use to eat, our dishwasher cleans everyday on whichever cycle we need to use. Whether it be a heavy load or light to sanitize some baby toys we used with friends at the park- we know we our safe with our GE dishwasher. Plus they are energy efficient!

Where's the product manual?
