I purchased this machine about 3mths ago. The top rack doesn't move up so I cannot place my bigger plates or bakeware on the bottom rack. The blades hits the plates or anything that is a slight higher than normal.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

OK dishwasher. Water bottle feature is nice

3 mos. experience so far:
Having 2 water bottle stations is nice and is the best reason for buying.
Loading configuration for dishes takes some getting used to - one side for large dishes, other side for smaller. Preferred my Kitchenaid loading pattern where it was even and seemed to have a larger capacity.
Dishes are clean. The glassware level of this washer dries better than the Kitchenaid.
LED lights come on and stay on for a bit every time you open the door, so you have to be careful you don't accidentally start a cycle when you close the door.
Normal cycle is 123 min. 143 min when I use the bottle jets.
Came with wine glass racks. Nice, but I don't use them.
