I purchased this copier based on 1) I had a hp for ten years and liked it.... 2) I read the specs on this model and call the company to ask questions so I ordered a new copier. This copier is tiney and the copies are of Poor Quality. The copies look like the machine is running out of ink!! and when I touch the copy button it takes a couple times before it engages.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

installed no problem. Printed 4 Wi-Fi messages. It quit and hasn't worked. Very upset with this printer.

This printer has everything i need including document feed, which I sometimes need and it was a pain to have to do it page by page on a flat bed in order to scan it and send it. Now it is a breeze to scan and send it and it stopped my lawyer/friend from complaining about me having to do it page by page.
I would recommend this to a friend!

So far I'm very pleased with my printer. I thought the setup process was strange (going to a website) but the process completed accurately and completely. On feature I particularly like about the printer is the duplex printing capability.
