I'M SORRY THIS IS SO LATE, BUT I ONLY FOUND SOMEONE TO HOOK IT UP TWO DAYS AGO. I LOVE THIS MODEL. ALL THE FEATURES I WANTED AND SO VERY EASY TO USE. DID WIRELESS FOR COPYING FROM MY LAPTOP SO NEED TO SEND CABLE BACK. SO THRILLED WAS ABLE TO COMBINE WITH MY LAPTOP. GREAT PRODUCT AND EXTREMELY FAST FAST FAST DELIVERY!

Unit is not versitile needs too much re-programing

The programing window on front of the unit is too small and difficult to maneuver through. Plastic clips holding ink cartridges in place ate not sturdy enough.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
