This printer is great! It fills all my requirements of printing b/w and color, scanning, copying, wireless connection, and even fax. I've used it many times and have always been pleased. Online set up is simple. I've also taken advantage of instant ink. It's worth the trial.

Big bulky and typically ugly unit

Big bulky unit with cartridges that are expensive to refill. At this day and age you would think HP would get a decent designer to come up with a desk top product that is stylish and elegant i.e. macbook air laptop in comparison to a typical ugly HP laptop

It is only 2 weeks that I have bot this directly from HP and so far I have no reason to complaint. However, my use is very limited to about 1 or 2 pages of print every 15-20 days and scan them. I was badly burned earlier with the same model but HP rectified and helped me come back to HP. However, their customer service is very good. I will recommend this to buy.

Great product. The only thing i don't like is the way CDs either tke ten minutes coming out of the machine or they get stuck in the tray

This printer is great! I use it at home, and it fits perfectly on my desk, as well as looking sharp. It is quiet and ready when I am. The main reason I bought an HP printer is because it is compatible with my Mac OS Sierra 10.12.6 Their service techs led me step by step through the downloading of the necessary software. Hurray!
