I had a difficult time with the printer at first and was not sure what was happening. I left it on for the night and when I came back in the morning all was in order and began to function well.

Does not come with USB Cord. Had issues connecting over secured wirelessly at college or over any network that's not a home network. Instructions were not very helpful when trying to setup connections. Ended up buying usb cord to print. Same issue with a different model HP wireless printer that is on a home network. The other model connected twice and will no longer connect wirelessly.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Had this printer for about a month, more compact than my other HP printers and I am really impressed with its performance and ease of use - not to mention the less expensive ink! I'm a retired IT consultant and was hesitant about "downsizing" my printer/fax/copier/scanner, having had several large HP all-in-ones, but this does a bang up job, clarity of print is outstanding and the unit takes up far less room than my bigger "boys" did. Price was exceptional as well. Good job HP!

This product has all the features I need, works great, was easy to set up, install on my network. The people I dealt with on the ISB Logistics team were extremely helpful in getting unused cartridges from old printer exchanged for cartridges that work in my new printer
