I upgraded from another hp all in one that was smaller and not wireless, I really like this one as with it being wireless I can complete a lot of duties while I'm out of the office and when receiving any thing it has a very high quality resolution. Recommend this one very highly.
Why get stuck with a printer that has all the colors in one cartridge so when you use up all the blue cause you use that a lot you have to buy a new one even though the other colors are still full.
Used it just a few times, but excellent results. Set up with WiFi was easy and quick. Printing is quiet and smooth. Print/scan utility software setup was also easy, and is easy to use. You don't have to remember to extend the output tray - it pops out automatically. Saves space and prevents you from accidentally bumping it (if you're like me). Superb for the price.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This printer was a very pleasant surprise. It was easy to install and performs better than I ever expected and I'm almost illiterate when in comes to computers and such. Shipping was speedy and I feel comfortable knowing there is all kinds of support out there if I need it. Thanks HP.

Great printer for the price. Good speed, great color and clarity, more features than I could possibly use. I'm happy!
Every now and then I buy something and I cannot believe how great it is, this printer is one of them! I have not tried all the features, like the scanning from the very top or the memory card but I have tried, printing, flatbed scanning and faxing and those are all so great - even setting up the wifi was so easy. I am only mildly disappointed in some things. It comes with no manual for actually using the printer, just for setting it up, I have not tried scanning from the very top because I don't know how, why? Because there were no instructions. Installing ink was also a little challenging, maybe a manual would have helped me understand better how hidden the area to add ink was... also it would have been nice to know the little thing that flips out to catch the paper does it automatically, so I didn't spend 5 minutes trying to pry it out. But... if I had had a manual in my hand I would have known that. I love how it prints, you get beautiful color prints for junk journaling or scrapbooking with just the normal setting, you do not have to set it to best. It prints beautifully on both glossy and matte photo paper And the instant ink is great too, HP sent out my new ink right away, this printer is definitely worth buying and replacing an older HP printer that doesn't work with the instant ink program.
The HP "find a printer" survey was helpful in zeroing in on this printer. The price was reasonable, and shipping was free. Installation was easy. So far, it has performed very well.
Had to replace my other HP, 6000 series that went out at a most inopportune time. Something about bad drivers? So far this new machine has lived up to the sales pitch. All features seem to work and the wireless printing from my laptop and phone are magic. Well worth the money if I can get at least 3 years with no problems.
