great features and good value for the money

We replaced a GE washer and that have been with us for 10 years and did not give us any issue at all. We chose this GE due to its dial features and we are very happy with the purchase.

Great washer - clothes clean and smell great

Very pleased with this washer. The way it dispenses detergent, along with settings, results in clothes smelling considerably cleaner and fresher than previous washer. Note: same detergent. Also, no more issues with sensitivity to detergent residue like I had with previous high efficiency washer. Deep rinse feature really helps.

Not enough water

I think this is a quality product but I miss my old washer because with it I could decide on the water level instead of the machine deciding for me.

Love this machine

I purchased this machine yesterday. The clothes I have washed thus far have come out very clean, no residue of soap etc. The only negative is that at times the machine is noisy but that is not a problem because it cleans so well. The noise is the reason for the 4 stars. I would like a little more information on loading items, especially large items such as towels, comforters and small rugs. Am I correct that I do not cover the center area with clothes?

Just got my new washer and love its capacity! I've washed a few loads and have been happy with the results. I do feel as though I have to listen to it to make sure it doesn't get off balance. A load of towels got off balance and the machine made a lot of noise and moved.
