Very easy to use and the capacity is incredible! I can put a big load! and the timing to finish is amazing! I was able to tackle all my baskets in no time! yay!

Best washer I have ever owned!! My husband loves it as well and that is saying something when he loves to do the laundry! Everyone woman should buy one of these machines and never do laundry again!!!

I bought this washer this month when my 10 yr old front loader flooded my laundry room! I had studied reviews on this washer when I saw it in a store and found it had a warm water rinse cycle! This option is hard to find now and that is what sold me ultimately on this model even after reading some of the reviews. The sounds of the cycles do not bother me - as I was used to the front loader that sounded like a jet engine anyway! I washed 6 loads of wet clothes in two days and have been very pleased. If you follow the directions and use the deep rinse with fabric softener and deep fill when needed I think the results are great.

Very fast and with a lot of cycle . Volume of the equipment is very low. And when operating the washer the sound it makes is very loud. Even though I like very much my equipment.

Great job on the deep water fill

The Deep water fill solved the problem of washing clothes multiple times in a tablespoon of water to get them clean. It also allows the use of the detergent packs as there is water in the tub to help dissolve them during the wash. If you can put up with the loud noise of this washer it is a good one. I wish they would have put some insulation in the base or something to dampen the loud motor noise.

We bought this washer about 2 months ago and I'm still haven't to look up what type of cycle, water temp and spin on each load AND the one madden thing is every time I wash my dark clothes (could be on my whites too-just unable to see on whites) it ALWAYS is leaving a white lint/flim on most of the clothes, which I'm unable to remove with out not having to rewash one or two more times to try and remove the flim..Very Madden!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
