Tangles the clothes. Terrible design with the agitator. New time will buy a front loader.

Overall size, features and tub size make this unit great. Electronic read outs make it easy to pick cleaning mode desired. Tub room less the agitator make large loads easy and manageable.

I have had many washers and this is the best one I have owned. I get wash done in half the time and its clean, spun out, and ready to be dried everytime.

Off to a good start

Our first one without an agitator. Seems to be doing a great job. Clothes are clean, more wrinkled that we're used to. With the great spin drying time is greatly reduced.
