Awesome washer

I have had this for a couple weeks. Everything comes out clean. The washer is quiet and pleasing to the eye. The capacity is enormous. My Cali King comforter fits and washes, no problem.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Low water usage

Wow! Compared to my last washer (it was 22 years old, not a GE) this uses an incredibly small amount of water in spite of the very large tub. Many settings and very adjustable to how you want to wash your clothes. Yes, it is noisier than my last washer. Because is has a completely different action than my former washer, it makes a VERY different noise which also increases my sensitivity to it. When washing, sounds like it is on the verge of breaking. Hope that's the normal sound. Wish it had one more spin setting; somewhere between two lowest current choices of normal and not at all.

We bought this washer almost 3 months ago, so far it has worked fine.
It is a little deep which makes it a litte hard for my wife to empty it.

Not sure I like the sound it makes when it first begins, very loud grinding sound - when it goes one direction and then stops and goes the other direction. someone who has one said those type typically do that?
