Very noisy washing machine

I bought this washing machine as replacement. I did quite a bit of research on it and did find a few reviews about it being loud. Those reviews couldn't be more correct. This washer is for a basement or garage laundry room, as it is VERY loud. I'm also finding a lot of threads on clothing since purchasing this washer. I'm not satisfied with it but nonetheless stuck with it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not what I expected

-Not clean-There have been three times that the washer does Not wash the cloths properly( dry spots ), which caused me to have to redo each load. These were very small loads, (half a laundry basket with child cloths), no heavy cloths.
-Draining Issues
1. installer did not clamp the drain hose, thus water poured from laundry room into kitchen and into basement. Damage to walls (sheet rock water stain), water went through floor to basement soaking insulation...advise: recheck their work!
2. Another issue with draining, since even small loads can not effectively wash cloths I chose the option to add more water...but of course then Sometimes the water wouldn't fully drain, I had to select the spin and drain option for the second time.

LOVE MY NEW MACHINES

Loving our new washer and dryer. The setting options a wonderful. I haven't used all of them yet, but the ones I have are great. The washer is a little noisy on the spin (not to bad), but I do use the fastest spin possible. It is only a little and we don't have a door on our laundry room, so you may not even hear it if you have a door.
I would recommend this to a friend!
