1) doubtful low water level really cleans.
2) bath towels stick together on washer's basket during spin cycle causing severe movements of washer.

Great features and quiet

Just bought this recently. I love the stainless steel tub and the fact that their is not a center agitator. The tub is big and you are able to get your cloths in and out easily. Love the fact that it does not use much water. Also love the overall look of the machine. Having a glass top so you can see inside is neat.
I would recommend this to a friend!
