So far a huge improvement!

I've only had the washing machine a few days but I can see that this is a huge improvement over the large front loading washer I had before. It can handle a larger load uses less water very little energy and gets my clothes much cleaner without that terrible smell that front loading washers have!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Nothing but problems

I have had nothing but trouble. I am on my second machine and now am getting stains on my very expensive Capri's and am scared to do any more laundry until someone figures out what is wrong.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I really like how the machine works (no agitator). Over all it is great but I have two semi-problems. I am short (5'3.5") and have to stretch to reach the last items on the bottom of the machine (easy solutions, just different). Also my clothes have been coming out more wrinkled and I have to do more ironing even though the spin cycle runs at "normal". It may be that I need to learn more about the setting options. Otherwise it has been great.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Day two - 6 loads later

Easy access, like the panel selection, easy to use, large capacity. Just did 6 towels and 3 floor mats and still had extra room. Like the clock feature.
Louder than my old front loading machine. Different type of sound-on and off, on and off while agitating.
Would have given one more star if it wasn't as loud.

Loud & Noisy

I've had this washer for 1 day and I am very disappointed. It's extremely loud and doesn't fill with enough water to cover the clothes. My previous washer is 20-years old and doesn't make this much noise. I've been so pleased with the quietness of my new GE dishwasher that I felt a new GE washer was a good decision but after the first 2 loads, I had a headache from the noise. I don't understand how a new washer with today's technology can't be developed quieter than this. I'm sick to think I may have this machine for 20 years.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
