i have had this washer not so long but i put it through a workout in 24 hours love the features and it does a great job of cleaning much better then my last washer. . love love love

Despite some delays in the ordering and installing, this washer has worked fine for us. It's nice not having a spindle in the middle of the washer. The sheets don't get as tangled up and wrinkled going through the spin cycle and I do get more laundry in the tub.
I would recommend this to a friend!

AMAZING WASHER

We recently relocated from Virginia to San Antonio, Texas and our Landord in Virginia just purchased this washer a month before we relocated and we loved it so much we purchased the same washer a week before we left so that when we arrived in San Antonio it would be on the truck ready for delivery to our new home. It is an awesome washer and I love the ring chime it makes when the clothes are done. I love the fact that it senses how many clothes need to be washed and it used that particular amount of water - it is so energy and water efficient.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Not sure I like the machine

I have had the machine for about 3 weeks and still not sure I like it. The usual settings, permanent press, etc. has been replaced with active wear, colors, casual wear. What constitutes casual and active? What if my active wear is colored?
It does not fill with enough water to even cover the clothes halfway. I understand the agitation process is supposed to immerse all the clothes in the soapy water but I watched the clothes for more than 5 minutes one day and one shirt never changed positions. The air bubble in the shirt stayed on top of the water for the entire time that I watched. Because of the way the machine operates it takes a ridiculous length of time to complete a load of wash. With my front loading machine I could finish the laundry in the morning, now the same amount of laundry takes all day.

Love it!

I've had the washer for a week and a half now, I've done at least a load of laundry a day. So far the washer is working great. My king size comforter fit in the washer with ease, my clothes are getting cleaner then they did with my old washer. It is a little loud, not what I expected, but not any louder then my old washer it just makes different noises. I did a lot of research before purchasing this washer and I couldn't be happier.
