Out of the box this seems to be a great washer. Not too noisy, quick cycles and great cleaning. We are very happy with it so far.

We had problems with our previous washer that brand new, did not make it 2 years before we decided to replace it (not a GE). We are hoping the GE appliances we have had in the past will live up to the standard and quality we have have had.

I've used the washer about 10 times and the clothes come out so clean and almost dry to boot ! The only thing I can complain about is the detergent drawer. The soap doesn't always get completely out of the soap dispenser. But it's easy enough to add the detergent directly to the clothes, like we always did. Other than that, this is an extremely efficient washer. Top quality
