Replacement washer and so far doing fine. needed a top load machine and this has high capacity.

I had a hard time getting use to a washer with no adjitater . I really like it now after 5 months of using it. It gets the clothes really clean with a small amount of soap. It leaves the clothes practically dry so it doesn't take long to dry them in the dryer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have had this for several months now and am satisfied. I wanted a machine with an agitator thinking it would clean better but this machine does just as good of a job.

With all those complaints being Noisy, I still Love it! a lot of Cool features and the noise part, You can handle it if you're not being a baby!!

Does NOT save water nor environment!!

I thot this washer would save on water and be friendly to the planet. But! This washer has to be set to fill deep with every wash to get enough water to clean clothes. You also have to use heavy duty cycle on every regular wash to get the soap off the clothes. I had a update in the owners materials that this was a common problem with not getting the soap off and was advised by THE MAKER to use heavy duty cycle or heavy duty. Then, the owners manual state that the washer MUST be cleaned a MINIMUM of once a moth with a bleach cycle to keep the machine working properly. That is not good for the water systems nor environment. I also have to close the utility door to help a tiny bit with the jet roar banging loud sounds it makes thru out the washing time. I think the company will need to reevaluate their energy conscious ideal for saving water because adding more water every cycle is not saving water. It is what is though.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
