I don't like the rinse cycle, I have to fuss to get a lot of water to rense. i don't think the sprinkle of water does the job. i have start and stop machine to get what I want, and I wish i had my old machine. Worked better.

I like the options the machine gives you but it's loud. Loads always become unbalanced whether it be small or large in spin cycle when it gets really loud. I'm wondering if the springs are shot already. Have service contact me. Probabaly need to look at.

Machine Failure

Our washing machine was installed on June 2, 2016. On June 17 the machine
failed to operate. We tried all the "What to do" suggestions in the operator's manual and the machine still would not operate. I called the appliance store where we bought it and they would not replace the machine. They did not have a 30 day return policy.
