We have owned the washer for around 5 months. We purchased it so we will be able to wash king size lightweight bed spreads. It cleans very well has setting for different levels of dirt and stains...the one bad thing is it gets off balance more than any washer I have ever owned. My husband did not want a front loader he has back issues, without an adgetator in the middle things move around a lot making loads go off balance easily. Other than that it is very water wise and does clean well.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Really love the features and my clothes come out almost dried so that they do not have to stay in the dryer long. I love the pre-sets and the digital display.

Washer would get better review, but after diluting fabric softener it still doesn't dispense.

Everything comes out wrinkled!!!

Sorry I bought this model. Everything I wash comes out very wrinkled and must be ironed. My jeans come out twisted and wrinkled. I shake out all the clothes before I put everything in the dryer. So disappointed. Would like to return this machine. I read on line if you use liquid fabric softener you won't have wrinkles, but I do!
