Nice look

Have used this washer now for five months. Long reach in the washer to retrieve clothes - need high heels on!!! Also, do not like the water sensor - never proper water level achieved. Clothes do tend to get all tangled up.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Spots still on clothing

I'm disappointed that it's not getting my clothes very clean. Not to mention, when I have a small load of towels in the machine - it starts rocking and gets very loud. The only positive is that it seems to be saving on water with the load sensor feature.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

while I like the purpose of the dryer and the lack of a central agitator it seems like it goes off balance quite frequently. very frustrating

Make sure you put this machine in the garage because you will not be able to have a conversation anywhere near the washer.
