So far so good

I have had this washer machine one week, so far so good. I went from a Front Loader that had lots of "issues/repairs", so I switched to a Top Loader. If you place clothes around the side as instructed, the load will not go off balance. I have found that a fuller load the clothes come out more wrinkled then my front loader, so I will load the machine less in the future and see if this makes a difference. Fairly quiet motor, and clothes come out very clean.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Nice features and controls

I was a little nervous about a top load HE washer based on other reviews, but this is a very nice washer. I did 3 different types of loads on the first day just to test the various features, and this worked like a champ. I like that I can choose Deep Fill when I think it is needed also. I had a front load HE washer a few years ago, but couldn't have that in this space. I also like that the detergent tray is inside the washer -- reduced temptation to be opened by kids. Compared to the old fashioned agitator, this does take a little more time to do a load, but you can adjust settings to what you think is appropriate and there is a Quick Wash function if you really need it.

I bought this because of the 10 year warranty on the motor and the glass door. My Whirlpool Cabrio motor died after 5 1/2 years, and I was never really sure if it washed the clothes adequately. I have used this washer for over 8 varied loads and have been very happy with it. I especially like the ability to do a deep fill load. I felt like my sheets, towels and clothes came out much cleaner and were rinsed better. I did not experience allergies when I used the sheets immediately after this wash (and I did experience them with my whirlpool). It also did a nice job on my puffer jacket that had dirt stains on it.

Work well for most loads

Washer does well with most loads. However, for bulky loads you must attend washer to make sure the balance in the basket remains even. I had to stop the washer and re-arrange the load to keep it in balance before the spin cycle.

This washer replaced a standard one. The only complaint I have is that if the items are not placed in correctly leaving the center open it goes off balance easily. It cleans really well and quickly.

This is my first washer without an agitator; I'm not sure if I will get use this type. I know it won't damage the clothes. I do know when I wash dark clothes they seem to have a residue on them, very frustrating.
