Just okay.

Just okay.
I purchased this washer six months ago to replace a front loader that went out after only six years of use. I thought maybe by going with a different brand top load HE model, I would be more satisfied. Unfortunately, I'm not sure that I made the best decision. I like the speed in which the machine completes a wash cycle (less than 1/2 the time of my old front loader but it isn't near as gentle on the clothes and it doesn't get them as clean. Oh, and forget about washing a pair of shoes as they will not come clean.

We bought this machine to replace one that no longer cycled properly or cleaned well. Excellent purchase. Plenty of different settings for a variety of clothing types.

I can not imagine a better set of machines. All the advantages of a front loader combined with a top loader. Never had clothes get so clean

I purchased our machine over 2 months ago, while I do like the machine for its deep fill tube I do not like the loud noise that it makes.over all its a decent machine.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I purchased this washer and its matching dryer a few weeks ago and I absolutely love them. Doing the wash has never been easier. The simple functionality offered by giving multiple load descriptions and the fact that the washer chooses the water level for you...I'm sold. It is quiet, it is fast, and I can rinse out the detergent basket when I am done so easily to avoid it ever becoming caked with old sticky left over detergent. This really is a superior and easy to use system and I would recommend it to anyone.

Just bought this washer 5 days ago so it's really too soon to tell if it's going to be a winner, but I own a GE stove that I've had 10+ years and it's never given me a minutes trouble. So far I love the washer, it's easy to operate and cleans well. I am only 5'2" so one issue is that the tub is so deep I have to stretch to reach the items. Another issue is my homemade detergent won't dissolve in the detergent cup but I just place it in the bottom of the tub. I'll simply make my next batch liquid! Will plan to update this review after I see if it's going to last for the 5-8 years appliances should last these days.
