Very efficient with water and self balancing

I have had no issues with this machine. I think it is much gentler on the clothes than a traditional agitator machine. Only once did the load have trouble balancing, and that was with a mattress pad. Also, it is great at extracting water from clothes, allowing faster dry times.
I would recommend this to a friend!

More features than I know what to use

I bought this to replace another machine that needed a repair part on an item used a lot. This would help save water and save money on repairs and parts. One item that I enjoy is, should a paper be left in a pocket instead of confetti it would be rolled into one ball.

Excellent washer!

I've had this washer 6 months; and it is easy to use with tons of features. Super easy to load and unload. And it does it great job spinning out the water, saving dryer time. No problems at all. The real test, can it last 10 years or more?

We've used this washer for several months to replace a front load unit. The wash quality is acceptable. However, there is a loud intermittent humming noise that is noticeable through most of the house as the unit goes through the wash cycle. Our old front loader was very quiet during operation.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought my washer and dryer about 2 weeks ago. They are both extremely easy to use. The buzzer isn't very loud when the dryer cycle ends so I have too check it regularly to see if it's done. I'd like it to be louder.

I bought it 2 months ago...I love it... however when it comes to using bleach...it will damage a lot of your clothes....I am extremely disappointed on that part.
